Purpose and access

These rules govern use of allgenjv.com. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or events outside reasonable control.

Accounts

Where accounts are enabled, users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and report unauthorised access. AllGenJV may suspend accounts for security, fraud, illegality or material breach while preserving legally required access to order information.

Acceptable use

• Do not attack, probe, overload or circumvent security or access controls.
• Do not scrape, automate purchases or extract data without written permission.
• Do not impersonate others, abuse promotions, submit false data or make fraudulent chargebacks.
• Do not publish or resell keys contrary to their licence or law.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content or material infringing third-party rights.

Reviews

If reviews are enabled, users grant AllGenJV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display submitted content for shop operation and promotion. Illegal, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant or privacy-invasive content may be removed. Genuine negative opinions are not removed merely because they are unfavourable.

Third parties and intellectual property

Payment services, carriers, publishers and activation platforms operate under their own terms. AllGenJV remains responsible for its seller duties. Original Website content is protected; product marks and artwork belong to their owners.
