Dispatch

Physical orders are normally prepared within 24 to 48 hours, meaning one to two business days, after confirmed payment. Weekend and French public-holiday orders are processed from the next business day. Preparation time is separate from transit.

Destinations and charges

AllGenJV principally ships physical products to European destinations available at checkout. Mondial Relay is the principal carrier; another carrier may be clearly offered. Charges are calculated before payment.

Tracking, pickup and incidents

Tracking is supplied when available. Pickup-point customers must collect within the carrier’s current retention period. For delay, loss or damage, contact AllGenJV with the order number and retain packaging/photos. Consumers are not required to resolve carrier claims alone.

Uncollected parcels

Reshipment may be offered at reasonable cost. Alternatively, eligible goods may be refunded after deduction only of actual costs where lawful and disclosed. Consumer withdrawal and conformity rights remain unaffected.
