Scope. These Terms cover consumers and business customers. Consumer-only protections do not apply to purchases made wholly or mainly for professional purposes.

1. Seller

2. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern orders through allgenjv.com for new and pre-owned physical video games and, where offered, digital game keys, downloadable content (DLC), software, gift cards and prepaid cards. They apply with the product description and incorporated policies. The version accepted at checkout governs the order and is supplied with the order confirmation on a durable medium. Consumers retain mandatory protection applicable in their country of habitual residence.

3. Product information and compatibility

Each listing states the essential characteristics, condition, platform, edition, language, format, activation region and known restrictions. Photographs are illustrative unless presented as the exact pre-owned item. Pre-owned products are tested and their material condition is described.

Before ordering digital content, customers must verify platform, account, hardware, subscription, software, internet, region and age requirements. A product is not defective merely because it is incompatible with requirements clearly disclosed before purchase, without prejudice to mandatory conformity rights.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery and unavoidable charges appear before purchase. Payment is due in full at order through any method then offered by WooCommerce. Payment providers may perform authentication and fraud checks. AllGenJV does not store full card details where an independent provider processes them.

5. Orders

The customer selects products, checks the basket, supplies billing/delivery details, reviews characteristics, total price, delivery and withdrawal information, corrects errors, accepts these Terms and clicks a button clearly indicating an obligation to pay. A separate consent is required for immediate digital supply. An acknowledgement is sent electronically; acceptance remains subject to payment and availability.

AllGenJV may refuse or cancel for legitimate reasons including non-payment, manifest pricing error, fraud, unlawful resale, sanctions restrictions, supply failure or an unresolved prior dispute. Any captured amount for an unavailable item is refunded if no substitute is accepted.

6. Availability

Offers remain valid while displayed and while stock or supplier allocations last. Gift and prepaid cards may be offered depending on supplier availability. No title, region or denomination is permanently guaranteed.

7. Physical delivery

Physical orders are normally prepared within one to two business days after payment. They are shipped to European destinations displayed at checkout, principally by Mondial Relay. Mondial Relay currently indicates average transit after acceptance of about three to five business days in metropolitan France and three to six business days internationally, depending on destination. These estimates are not guaranteed dates. A binding deadline is displayed or agreed before checkout and statutory remedies apply to late or failed delivery.

Risk passes to a consumer only when the consumer or their designated third party, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. Tracking does not remove AllGenJV’s duty to investigate loss or damage.

8. Uncollected parcels

If a parcel returns because it was not collected, an address was incorrect or delivery was refused without lawful basis, AllGenJV may offer reshipment after payment of reasonable new delivery costs or refund eligible goods after deduction only of actual, lawful and properly disclosed costs. No deduction applies where AllGenJV or the carrier caused the failure or law prohibits it.

9. Withdrawal for physical products

Consumers have fourteen calendar days from the day after receipt to notify withdrawal without reason, then fourteen days to return the goods. The consumer pays direct return costs after prior disclosure. Return to Johnny Fleutry – AllGenJV, 45 rue du Terpat, 27100 Val-de-Reuil, France.

Consumers may inspect goods only as reasonably possible in a shop and may be liable for diminished value caused by excessive handling. Withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio/video recordings or sealed computer software, including qualifying sealed physical game software, once unsealed, provided the exception was disclosed. Defect and conformity rights remain intact.

10. Immediate digital supply and withdrawal

Digital codes are supplied immediately after confirmed payment by email and through the customer area where available. Before supply begins during the withdrawal period, the consumer must separately request immediate performance, acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right once supply begins, and receive confirmation on a durable medium.

When those conditions are met and the code is disclosed, there is no change-of-mind withdrawal or refund, including after activation. This never excludes remedies for a key that is invalid, already used, materially misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming. If valid consent was not collected and confirmed, statutory rights apply.

11. Activation support

Customers must not publish, resell, transfer or share a single-use key contrary to its licence or law. For an invalid-key claim, AllGenJV may request the order number, exact error, platform, country, non-sensitive screenshots and verification from a supplier/platform. Never send passwords or full payment credentials.

If non-conformity is confirmed, AllGenJV first provides free troubleshooting or replacement without unjustified delay or major inconvenience. Statutory price reduction or termination/refund remains available when conformity is impossible, refused, delayed, seriously inconvenient, unsuccessful or the defect is sufficiently serious.

12. Statutory guarantees

Consumers benefit from the French statutory conformity guarantee and hidden-defects guarantee without charge. For goods, AllGenJV answers for conformity defects existing on delivery and appearing within two years, subject to statutory evidential rules for new and second-hand goods. For one-off digital content/services, AllGenJV answers for defects existing on supply and appearing within two years; defects appearing within twelve months are presumed to have existed at supply unless law or the nature of the content indicates otherwise.

Mandatory remedies may include repair, replacement, digital conformity, price reduction or termination. No “no refund” statement excludes these rights.

13. Complaints and refunds

Contact contact@allgenjv.com with the order number and evidence. Refunds legally due are issued without unjustified delay and normally within fourteen days after valid notice. For physical withdrawal, reimbursement may be withheld until goods or evidence of dispatch is received. The original payment method is used unless expressly agreed otherwise and without extra fee.

14. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. AllGenJV is not responsible for an independent platform outage, account suspension, regional restriction or incompatibility clearly disclosed before purchase, but remains responsible for inaccurate descriptions and non-conforming supply.

15. Business customers

Payment is due at order unless agreed otherwise. No early-payment discount applies. Late-payment interest and the statutory EUR 40 recovery charge apply under French Commercial Code Article L441-10. Title to physical goods remains with AllGenJV until full payment. To the extent permitted, aggregate contractual liability to a business customer is limited to the affected order amount and excludes indirect loss and lost profit; prohibited limitations do not apply.

16. Minors and ratings

Users of any age may browse, but a minor may order only with a parent or legal guardian’s authorisation and supervision and where lawful. PEGI and similar ratings must be respected. AllGenJV may cancel where consent, age or legality cannot reasonably be verified.

17. Consumer mediation

A consumer should first complain in writing to contact@allgenjv.com. If unresolved, the consumer may use AllGenJV’s subscribed mediator, subject to admissibility rules.

PUBLISHING BLOCKER. Insert the subscribed mediator’s exact name, postal address and website. Never name a mediator without an active agreement.

18. Governing law

French law governs. Consumers keep mandatory protection of their habitual-residence country and may sue before any court with mandatory jurisdiction. For disputes exclusively between professionals, the courts for AllGenJV’s registered office have jurisdiction only where legally effective.

19. Changes and severability

Updates apply to future orders and do not alter accepted orders retrospectively. An invalid clause is limited or severed to the minimum extent without affecting the remainder.
