Data collected

  • Identity/contact: name, addresses, email and telephone.
  • Contract/order: products, platform/region, history, invoices, digital consent and support.
  • Payment: status, method and transaction reference; full cards are normally handled by the selected provider.
  • Technical/security: IP, browser/device, logs, authentication, cookie choices and fraud indicators.
  • Account/preferences, reviews and marketing choices where enabled.
  • Activation-support evidence, excluding passwords.

Purposes and legal bases

Orders, payment, supply, delivery and support rely on contract performance. Tax/accounting relies on legal obligations. Fraud, security, claims and service improvement rely on legitimate interests or legal obligations. Non-essential analytics and advertising rely on consent where required. Email marketing relies on consent or a lawful existing-customer rule with opt-out.

Recipients

Data is shared only as necessary with authorised operations, Hostinger, WordPress/WooCommerce providers, the payment provider displayed at checkout, Mondial Relay or another carrier, advisers and authorities. Limited data may go to a digital supplier/platform to verify a key. AllGenJV does not sell personal data.

International transfers

For processing outside the EEA, AllGenJV uses an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful mechanism where required. Update this section when payment, analytics, email or support services are chosen.

Retention

  • Order, invoice and accounting records: generally ten years where French law requires.
  • Account: while active, then deleted/anonymised after reasonable inactivity except required records.
  • Support, fraud and dispute records: as needed for handling, security and limitation periods.
  • Marketing prospects: up to three years after last active contact, subject to earlier objection.
  • Cookie identifiers: as stated in the Cookie Policy and no longer than justified.

Rights

Depending on the processing, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object, and withdraw consent. Contact contact@allgenjv.com. Proportionate identity evidence may be requested. Normal response time is one month, subject to lawful extension.

Security and minors

Reasonable safeguards include access controls, updates, backups and encrypted transport where available. No internet service is risk-free. Minors may order only with guardian authorisation. AllGenJV does not knowingly use children’s data for targeted advertising.

Updates

This Policy takes effect on publication and must be updated when payment, analytics, advertising, newsletter or other plugins change.
