Scope and listings

AllGenJV may sell game keys, DLC, software, gift cards and prepaid cards for PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo and other platforms. Listings identify platform, edition, activation region (France, Europe or worldwide), language, required account/subscription and restrictions.

Delivery

After confirmed payment and necessary fraud checks, the key is supplied immediately by email and, where enabled, the customer area. Customers must provide a valid email and protect the code.

Consent and activation

Immediate supply during the withdrawal period requires a separate unticked checkbox. The confirmation email records the request and acknowledgement of withdrawal loss. Users must activate only through official platform channels and keep keys private.

No change-of-mind refund

After disclosure following valid consent, no refund is offered for change of mind, accidental purchase, unrelated account ban, or failure to meet clearly disclosed region/platform/system requirements. This never excludes non-supply or conformity remedies.

Defective-key procedure

AllGenJV may verify a complaint with the supplier/platform using proportionate evidence: order, error, screenshot, activation time, country and non-secret account identifier. First remedy is free troubleshooting or replacement without unjustified delay or major inconvenience. Statutory price reduction or termination/refund remains available when legal conditions are met.

Licence

Purchase usually grants a personal activation/access right, not ownership of intellectual property. Publisher and platform end-user terms also apply. AllGenJV remains responsible for its description and seller obligations.
